Liste le super pouvoir que tu aimerais avoir …
C’est devant cette question à une énième participation à un pich de levée de fond, que j’ai commencé à rêver. Quel super pouvoir me ferait avancer considérablement ou me faciliterait grandement la tâche ? Parler couramment neuf langues, très séduisant mais bon au quotidien je ne m’en servirai guère. Me téléporter ? Pouvoir devenir transparente ? Ah si peut-être lire dans les pensées des autres. Tous ces super pouvoirs seraient très amusants, mais non finalement, le pouvoir magique dont j’aimerai disposer est de ne pas avoir besoin de dormir. Oui c’est ça, avoir au moins 8 heures de plus dans ma journée sans être fatiguée ! Le problème est que je suis une sacrée marmotte, et impossible pour moi de ne dormir que 4 heures. Et puis, je ne crois plus trop aux super pouvoirs …
Alors ce super pouvoir restera au stade de rêve mais …
Pour la plupart d’entre nous, le vrai challenge est de pouvoir trouver du temps. Temps pour avancer dans sa to do list au boulot, temps pour s’occuper des enfants, temps pour soi accessoirement … car le dilemme est que d’un côté nous souhaitons être heureux, et de l’autre côté, même si nous savons quelles choses nous rendraient heureux, nous ne le faisons pas forcément. Pourquoi ? Nous sommes tout simplement SO BUSY ! Trop occupé évidemment. Mais occuper à quoi ? A essayer d’être heureux ???

Pour ma part, je suis passionnée de petits cahiers de toutes sortes, de toutes les couleurs, au point que j’en commence souvent plusieurs en même temps selon l’envie du moment. Parfois ils sont à thème, d’autres fois ils se suivent. Ils se glissent souvent dans mes sacs, et à tout moment de la journée j’en attrape un pour lui révéler mes confidences. Un point que je ne souhaite absolument pas oublier, une idée que l’on m’a suggéré, une adresse, une liste de tâches à exécuter. Même si mon I phone lui fait parfois de la concurrence sévère, mes carnets gardent mes confidences d’une manière plus romantique que je relis souvent bien plus tard avec beaucoup de plaisir.

- Que vous engagez vous à faire pour obtenir celà ?
- Et compléter avec des citations inspirantes …
L’avantage de cette étape est de nous recentrer sur ce qui est essentiel pour nous, et de ne pas faire sans cesse des détours et reporter ainsi toujours et encore ce qui est essentiel. Alors si passer une journée en famille est essentiel pour vous, faites que toutes vos actions de la journée soient en accord avec votre objectif premier.
Etape 4 : Visualisez maintenant
Durée 10 minutes – Bénéfices : Ce rappeler ce que l’on souhaite vraiment
Il s’agit de s’imaginer entrain d’accomplir ce dont on rêve, se projeter dans le futur. Cet exercice permet de ressentir les sensations que l’on aurait en réalisant son souhait. S’agit-il de passer une bonne soirée avec son conjoint en rentrant, ou visualiser son nouveau bureau fraîchement rangé et décoré, ou s’imaginer avec le diplôme tant attendu ? Amusant à faire, mais surtout au delà de l’aspect récréatif, cet exercice nous permet de nous focaliser sur notre souhait et de l’envisager sous tous les angles. Ainsi après avoir bien intégré notre objectif, nous sommes prêts à mettre en place les actions nécessaires pour aller dans cette direction.

Etape 5 : Prenez le temps de lire
Durée 20 minutes – Bénéfices : Un enrichissement perpétuel qui vous permettra également d’aider les autres à votre tour
Le conseil d’Hal Elrod est de lire une dizaine de pages par jours sur des sujets qui vous passionnent. Ajoutez également quelques pages de développement personnel au milieu de votre panoplie. Surtout, ne dites plus que nous n’avez pas le temps de lire. Profitez de quelques pages devant votre café, dans les transports, en vous couchant. Quelques pages grignotées par ci par là vous permettrons de vous oxygéner en profondeur.

Etape 6 : Faites du sport !
Durée 10 minutes à 1h30 – Bénéfices : Motivation et bonne santé
Nombreuses personnes qui réussissent font du sport, et pourquoi ? Tout simplement parcequ’elles ont réalisées qu’en étant au top de leur forme elles pourraient ainsi réaliser leurs objectifs. Running, altères, pilates ou yoga, chacun son sport de prédilection, le principal est de trouver un sport qui nous intéresse et de s’y tenir de manière régulière.
L’auteur préconise un peu de sport pour se réveiller complètement. Sur ce point je ne suis pas particulièrement d’accord, tout dépend de son métamolisme, et plus particulièrement sa chronobiologie comme l’explique le psychologue américain Mickael Breus. Certaines personnes auront besoin de se réveiller en courant 15 minutes, d’autres auront plutôt intérêt à suivre un cours de pilates en fin de journée au moment où leur énergie est en baisse.

Exercice vraiment amusant, et effectivement pour ma part j’aurai plutôt tendance à sortir mon gros ballon de pilates en fin de journée afin de me rebooster pour la soirée.
Bon rassurez-vous la grasse mat est toujours permise le week end ! Pas de panique si toutes fois il n’est pas envisageable de vous lever plus tôt, chacun sa méthode.
