Même si l’on admire les rues parées de leurs jolis atouts pour accueillir Noël, il faut avouer que cette frénésie d’achat tout au long de Décembre a de quoi nous déconcerter. Stress, dépenses, achat compulsif …
Comment vivre un Noël dans la tradition sans que la liste de Noël de nos enfants deviennent un calvaire, comment éviter les crises d’hystéries des petits devant leurs engins qui nous cassent à vrai dire les oreilles, il y a de quoi faire une crise d’hystérie, comment ne laisser personne fêter Noël dans son coin, comment apaiser les différents familiaux en cette période tendue ? Comment simplement retrouver la magie du fête autour d’enfants émerveillés par la venue du Père Noël ? Car il faut bien l’avouer, les courses de Noël deviennent plus souvent une corvée qu’un véritable plaisir, retrouvons ici quelques idées pour retrouver le sens véritable de Noël.
Noël est une belle fête et comme les belles fêtes, elle donne l’occasion de se poser, prendre du recul avec son quotidien, une invitation à penser et à réfléchir sur ce qui est réellement important dans nos vies.

Pas de liste au Père Noël !
Oui même si elle est mignonne pour les petits enfants, elle le devient beaucoup moins lorsqu’on voit y apparaître des PS 4 ou jeux vidéos pour les plus grands.Préférez faire des surprises. Trouver le juste cadeau pour la bonne personne est un cadeau en soi. S’interroger sur ses goûts, ses préférences du moment, penser à la personne. Un cadeau avant l’heure car on prend le temps de penser à ceux qu’on aime.Même si j’avoue que parfois la PS 4 est inévitable, mais pas besoin de liste, autant leur faire savourer l’attente.

Décorer votre chez vous en mode scandinave
Calendrier de l’avent, sapins, crèches, guirlandes aux fêtes … une odeur de gâteau à la cannelle au four. Le mois de décembre est propice à inviter ses proches ou voisins autour d’une bonne tasse dé thé près du poêle. Entrer en douceur dans la magie de Noël, préparer des cadeaux fait-maison, créer une crèche avec les enfants, colorier des boules de Noël.
Très huggy, mais allumez une bougie le soir pour vous préparez à autre chose qu’à ouvrir des cadeaux. Un instant symbolique pour l’espérance.
Saviez-vous que la verdure du sapin, signifiait l’espérance, car même lorsque toute la nature est endormie sous la neige, le sapin lui reste toujours vert. Un sapin mais préférons un sapin à replanter dans votre jardin ou celui des grands-parents, il pourra d’ailleurs être réutiliser lors de plusieurs Noël.

Le retour vers le chemin de la messe de Noël ?
Peu importe votre religion ou votre athéisme, il est question ici de retrouver cette notion de spiritualité. Retrouver la symbolique des fêtes. Un moment de réflexion et de calme pour avoir une pensée aussi pour ceux qui nous ont quitté. Un moment de réflexion au milieu de ces fêtes pour savourer les cadeaux de la vie aussi.
