Il y a quelques jours, à l’occasion du Fress 21, on m’a demandé d’animer une table ronde intitulée « Vers plus de Coopération entre TPE/PME et ESS ».
Il y a eu comment dire un petit moment de … (stress ) … réflexion !
Car « vers plus » signifiant bien qu’on n’a pas pléthore de solutions.
1h30 me paraissait donc léger pour apporter de réelles contributions.
Les coopérations entre TPE/PME et ESS ?
Un sujet complexe.
Mais peut-être que la pandémie de Covid 19 nous offrait enfin un contexte favorable pour pousser les collaborations et coopérations.
Des unions possibles sur le front !
TPE, PME et Entreprises Sociales et Solidaires, ensembles pour construire un modèle économique alternatif.
Car oui cette crise sanitaire nous a bien secoué, autant dans nos vies personnelles, que professionnelles.
Elle nous amène par la force des choses, à faire un gros effort d’imagination pour :
Repenser notre vision du travail, notre représentation de ce qu’est la réussite, questionner nos modèles économiques.
Renforcer le lien entre l’individu, le collectif et l’environnement.
Placer la solidarité et le collectif en première ligne.
Et bien qu’elle continue d’ailleurs à nous secouer, elle libère aussi des opportunités comme celle lancée par Caroline Bouvier gérante d’une maison de couture à Montpellier.
Lors du 1er confinement, une amie gérante d’une entreprise de nettoyage lui fait part de son désarroi face à l’absence de masques pour protéger ses salariés. Comment travailler ?
Quelques jours plus tard, un tuto de masque en tissu, une page Facebook « Sos Masques », une machine à coudre et des restes de tissus pour lancer la production, et la magie opère !
Fabrication de 5000 masques ainsi que des sur blouses
Participation d’une cinquantaine de bénévoles dont une trentaine de couturières
Collaboration de plusieurs Tpe/Pme locales en tant que fournisseurs, clients, du site internet à la logistique
Création de 13 postes de salariés
Et une proposition concrète pour redynamiser la filière de la confection dans la région de Montpellier et relocaliser des emplois avec :
La naissance du tiers lieu « les Nouvelles Grisettes » !
Alors oui nous avons besoin d’aller « vers plus de collaborations entre TPE/PME »
Et il existe déjà des modèles de coopérations fructueuses, alors inspirons-nous en !
Continuons nous aussi dans nos organisations (privées et publiques )
d’Innover – Ré inventer –Engager
Et tous ensemble, mieux impacter la Société !
