Samedi soir, dinant chez des amis que je n’avais pas vus depuis quelques semaines, la sempiternelle question pointe le bout de son nez
Alors ce début d’année ?
Oui, on l’a tous et on l’a ressort allégrement pour prendre le pouls de nos proches

Euh … silence hésitant pour trouver le mot juste
Inattendu
Oui, inattendu
Tout autant que ma réponse, voilà ce qu’était ce début d’année … inattendu
Inattendu, en terme de plafond qui te tombe sur la tête, de contrariétés, de nouvelles ahurissantes,
Peut-être d’ailleurs qu’il y a des années avec des mois de janvier plus inattendus que d’autres ?
Cela doit être le changement de décennie, il doit y avoir un truc dans l’air quand même
En tout cas chaque année, en janvier, c’est plus ou moins le même tohubohu
Tu reviens épuisé des fêtes de fin d’année
Illuminé, porté par la perspective de ta page blanche prête à accueillir tes nombreux projets
Tu es pressé-e de cocher pleins de cases, d’avoir l’impression d’exister (enfin !)
Un engouement littéralement pressant, oppressant même en fin de compte, tu te dis que tu vas enfin pouvoir mettre les bouchées doubles ( enfin si cela ne concerne rien de comestible car on frôle toujours en janvier l’indigestion mixée à une petite grasto très tendance )
On a enclenché le sablier de notre to do list des bonnes résolutions
D’ailleurs, si tu ne l’as pas encore fait, je te conseille d’aller écouter mon podcast sur les résolutions, car j’ai eu beaucoup de retours positifs concernant l’exercice que je te propose dedans.

Alors on jongle, un peu perdu, n’arrivant pas enclencher la marche avant
Alors, respirons !
Inattendu mois de Janvier, mais tout n’est pas joué sur une simple partie de dés
Prenons un peu de recul
Plutôt que de se complaire dans le FAIRE à coup de pression, d’actions
Prenons le chemin à l’envers, et pensons plutôt côté ETRE
Qui voulons-nous être à travers notre travail ?
Repensons notre job, comme un moyen de locomotion
Voilà, qui veux-tu être au printemps, quand la chaleur du soleil et les gazouillis des oiseaux referont leur apparition ?
Dis toi que Janvier est le mois parfait de l’hibernation
C’est l’hiver
Pour les plantes, les animaux et pour nous aussi, êtres humains
Même si l’hibernation est parfois contrainte et forcée,
Grèves, grippes et gastro (Les 3 G de janvier 2020)
C’est donc le moment de se reposer, de respirer, de ralentir
Et surtout dis toi que cela ne signifie pas qu’il ne se passe rien
La nature hiberne l’hiver, pour pouvoir s’éveiller au Printemps
Alors accepte ce temps au ralenti
Admet que pour relever tes prochains défis, il y a déjà de nombreuses choses qui mûrissent …. Côté coulisse
Accepte de laisser le devant de la scène inoccupé pour l’instant
Travaille ton script, en bonne intelligence
De quoi as-tu envie dans les prochains mois ?
Qu’est ce qui est essentiel à ton bonheur ?
Sème seulement les graines, arrose régulièrement
Et attend que l’heure de la fleuraison sonne
N’oublies pas, on a qu’une vie et c’est aujourd’hui qu’elle (re)commence, alors bon voyage.
